Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble held a meeting with senior security officers on Monday, September 6.
During the meeting, Roble and the officers discussed elections security.
The security officials were from the Somali Police Force (SPF) and the Somali National Army (SNA).
Furthermore, the Prime Minister and the top security commanders also discussed the need for safeguarding the rights of all Somali citizens.
Somalia is currently holding senatorial elections.
The polls for the Lower House seats would then follow suit before the country holds presidential elections at the end of the year.
