Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble traveled to Baliidoogle Military Base to express his gratitude and that of the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) to the United States military for training DANAB Special Forces.
The Prime Minister traveled to the military base to witness the Somali National Army (SNA) undergoing regular intense training to increase their ability to “neutralize terrorists.”
Roble was also at Ballidoogle Military Base to bid farewell to the United States military in the region. The United States has ordered its military personnel out of Somalia. It already sent several naval vessels to the region to reposition the troops to other nations in the region.
Prime Minister Roble hailed SNA and DANAB Special Forces for demonstrating utmost professionalism and dedication to their work. He urged them to redouble their efforts to vanquish the enemy.
The Prime Minister visited the military base on January 3, 2021.
