The leader of the Sahan Party is now Somalia’s Special Envoy for Somaliland Affairs.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud appointed Abdikarim Hussein Guled to be the country’s Special Envoy for Somaliland Affairs.
The President announced the appointment of Guled on Saturday.
Guled’s appointment takes effect immediately.
Previously, Guled had served as the President of Galmudug. He has also worked as the Minister of Interior Affairs and Security.
