Somali National Army (SNA) troops arrested one of the most highly-sought Al-Shabaab operatives.
The government soldiers arrested Aweys Mayow in Southwest State.
Reports indicate that the soldiers were in the region conducting a security operation on Saturday, May 21.
Mayow was then cornered and arrested in Marka town in the Southwest region.
He has been in charge of making explosives and roadside bombs for the Al-Shabaab militia group for quite a while.
