Somalia’s Chief of Defence Forces, Major General Odawa Yusuf, officially inaugurated the newly constructed headquarters of the 23rd Battalion of the Somali National Army’s military police in Mogadishu on Thursday.
This marks a significant step in enhancing the operational capabilities of the military police, ensuring better organization, discipline, and security within the armed forces.
The new facility is expected to serve as a central hub for the battalion’s activities and reinforce the army’s role in maintaining law and order in the country.
