Somali National Army (SNA) destroyed Al-Shabaab hideouts in the regional state of HirShabelle.
SNA soldiers were in the state carrying out their latest offensive against the militants who continue to terrorize local residents at will.
They destroyed several hideouts and trenches the terrorists use in the state.
An army spokesperson confirmed that the latest offensive on Saturday was equally successful against the terrorists.
It’s not clear whether any casualties were recorded in the operation.
