Somali National Army (SNA) forces recaptured two villages in the regional state of Galmudug from Al-Shabaab in an operation that ended on Tuesday morning.
They worked closely with the Galmudug Regional Forces to recapture the villages that had remained in the hands of the terrorists for a long time.
Villagers in Dhagah-Dher and Dahar-Ali celebrated seeing their villages now back in the control of the government forces.
