The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) visited the President of the regional state of Jubbaland on Friday.
Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim was at the Mogadishu residence of Jubbaland’s President Ahmed Islam Madobe.
They held discussions touching on various issues.
However, reports from insiders state that Commissioner Moallim and President Madobe’s talks mostly focused on providing food aid to internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Giriley and El Adde.
