Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) sent 15 trucks full of humanitarian aid to the residents of Hiiraan.
SODMA officials flagged off the trucks on Sunday.
The trucks ferry tons of food and medical supplies to residents of Jawil, a town in the Hiiraan region.
While flagging off the supplies, Mahamuud Moallim, the SODMA Commissioner, promised that the donation was specifically for Jawil’s vulnerable households.
