The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) concluded training government personnel on food security.
SODMA concluded the training on Saturday.
Dr. Ahmed A. Adan, the SODMA Deputy Commissioner, congratulated officers from the federal and regional governments for attending the training successfully.
The training was on Food Security and Nutrition Indicators.
SODMA worked closely with the Department of Disaster Resilience and Durable Solutions for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) to make the training a success.
Other organizations that contributed to the training include the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as well as the Food Security and Nutrition Analysis Unit (FSNAU).
