A Somali National Army (SNA) soldier killed a conductor over $1 in Mogadishu.
Authorities launched a manhunt for the unidentified soldier who committed the offense on Saturday.
Residents took to the streets urging the government to bring the culprit to book.
The soldier escaped after shooting and killing Said Mohamud at point-blank range.
Mohamud’s colleagues, including local drivers, also joined the street protests. They want police to pursue and arrest the culprit immediately.
