President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and President Ismael Omar Guelleh of Somali and Djibouti have launched the Somali Language Academy Center.
The center is in Mogadishu.
The two Presidents launched the center jointly at a colorful ceremony that was held on Thursday, December 29.
President Guelleh is currently in Somalia on a three-day official visit.
