Somali and Nigerian Universities Sign Cooperation Agreement

Somali and Nigerian universities signed a cooperation agreement.

Mogadishu’s SIMAD University signed the agreement with Bayero University of Kano, Nigeria.

The two institutions signed the agreement on Tuesday.

Through the agreement, SIMAD and Bayero universities will foster collaboration in various areas.

These include law and life sciences.

They will collaborate in technology, research programs, and allied health sciences.

Student and faculty exchange programs will also take place.

Both institutions will develop joint research projects and initiatives too.
