Somali Blood Bank is now up and running at the Madina Hospital.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre inaugurated the blood bank on Saturday.
While launching it, the Prime Minister hailed the impact it would have on the country.
He stated that the launch marked a significant step towards improving healthcare in Somalia.
