Somali ministers have passed the Civil Service Retirement Bill.
Meeting on Thursday, the Council of Cabinet agreed to give their blessings to the bill.
Further, they agreed to strengthen transparency in financial management.
The cabinet approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Somalia signed with Qatar too.
