A group of Somali children launched a storybook called “Ila Akhriso”, which means ‘Read with Me’ in Somali with funding from USAID.
The book was launched on Tuesday September 8.
USAID in Somalia said that the children wrote the book after taking part in a program known as Alternative Basic Education (ABE).
A version of the storybook is already available online.
