The Somali Embassy in Belgrade has helped to evacuate three Somalis from Ukraine on February 28.
The three Somali nationals arrived in Poland on Monday.
They had been part of the close to 300 Somalis believed to be caught up in the war in Ukraine.
Sources revealed that the Belgrade embassy played a crucial role in providing Somalis in Ukraine and other neighboring countries with consular services.
The process of evacuating Somalis from Ukraine is now in full flow.
