The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) is ready to expand the electronic case management system in the country’s courts.
Chief Justice Bashe Y. Ahmed announced this on Thursday.
He revealed this while addressing other judicial officers and members of the fourth estate.
The Chief Justice added that the electronic system would enable streamlining of judicial proceedings around the country.
CJ Ahmed added that the system would make it easier for litigants to follow the progress of proceedings more efficiently too.
