The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) is to cater for the medical bills of people injured in the deadly Beledweyne bomb attack.
Dr. Mohamed Hassan Mohamed Bulaale said this while receiving those injured in Beledweyne.
The government airlifted the injured to Mogadishu for proper medical attention on Sunday.
Dr. Bulaale, who is the Deputy Minister of Health, said this at the Aden Adde International Airport while receiving wounded victims of the Saturday attack.
“The government has a special responsibility for the healthcare and treatment of those wounded in the attack,” said Dr. Bulaale.
Sixteen victims, including women and children, were airlifted to the nation’s capital for medical treatment.
