Ahmed Fiqi, the federal Minister of Interior, held a meeting with Brigadier General Odowah Yusuf Rageh in Mogadishu on Wednesday.
During their meeting, the two leaders discussed various issues affecting Somalia.
Brig. Gen. Rageh is the commander of the Somali National Army (SNA).
He visited the interior minister at the ministry’s offices in Mogadishu.
Some of the issues they discussed included access to humanitarian aid, especially for the newly liberated areas around the country.
Further, they talked about the ongoing operations against terrorists in Somalia.
