Somali Minister Discusses Improved Bilateral Relations with Irish Counterpart

Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs met with his Irish counterpart on Thursday, September 22 in New York.

Abshir Omar Jama met with Simon Coveney on the sidelines of the 77th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA77).

Jama is Somalia’s foreign affairs minister.

Coveney holds the same position in the Irish government.

Their discussions revolved around improving bilateral relations between the East African and European nations.
