A Somali federal minister is in Montreal to attend a meeting of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
Fardowsa Osman Egal, the federal Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, attended the 41st ICAO meeting on Tuesday, September 28.
Egal said that she was in Canada with a delegation from Somalia.
She further added that the conference would help Somalia, which is one of the ICAO members with voting rights, to advance its aviation sector.
