The leadership of Somalia’s federal parliament attended a parliamentary meeting held in Istanbul, Turkey.
Speaker Abdi Hashi and Speaker Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur Madobe of the Senate and the House of the People respectively attended the 5th League of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds meeting today.
They joined fellow global dignitaries at the meeting.
Saturday’s session was addressed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
In his address, President Erdogan hit out at the perpetrators of the ongoing violence and genocide in Palestine.
