Somali Police Force (SPF) is in discussions with the African Union Transition Mission to Somalia (ATMIS) on areas of further collaboration.
This follows a meeting that Brigadier General Zakia Hussein held with ATMIS officials on Thursday.
Brig. Gen. Hussein is the Deputy Commissioner of the Somali Police.
She held discussions on areas of further collaboration between SPF and ATMIS with senior officials representing the African Union team in Somalia.
Furthermore, she also spoke about support for the ongoing military operations against terrorism around the country.
