President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud briefed representatives of international partners on the outcome of the recent National Consultative Council (NCC).
He briefed them when they visited him at Villa Somalia on Thursday.
Foreign diplomats were present too as President Mohamud informed them on the agreement to hold direct elections.
The Somali President spoke to them on the ongoing stabilization efforts as well as the offensives against Al-Shabaab adherents.
