President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has signed last week’s constitutional amendments into law.
The President signed the amendments on Monday at Villa Somalia.
Parliamentarians from the House of the People and Senate endorsed the amendments to the Provisional Constitution on Saturday morning.
He commended parliamentarians for approving the amendments.
