In a major stride toward modernizing its civil service, Somalia has officially rolled out its new Pay & Grading Policy, spearheaded by Yusuf Mohamed Adan, Somalia’s Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, and Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre.
