Somalia and UAE Seeking to Improve Bilateral Relations

Somalia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) plan to find ways of improving bilateral relations.

The January 19 phone conversation between Abdisaid Muse Ali and Sheikh Shakhboot Nahyan Al Nahyan revealed this.

Ali is Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Al Nahyan is UAE’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

Ali and Al Nahyan discussed issues of mutual concern to their two countries. They also spoke about the need for advancing bilateral interests.
