Somalia Condemns Deadly Yemeni Attack

The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) has joined the rest of the world in condemning the deadly terrorist attack in Yemen.

Houthi rebels reportedly launched a deadly attack in the Middle East nation.

Dozens of people lost their lives in the attack that left the region reeling in shock and pain.

The rebels targeted Yemen’s Aden Airport, which is located in the capital Sanaa, with their latest attack.

The attack took place just as Yemeni Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik Sa’id arrived back into the capital from an official visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Around 20 people lost their lives in the attack.

The attack is the worst to be carried out against government officials.

A statement from Somalia “condemned the attack carried out on December 30 at the airport in Yemeni capital.”

Somalia released its statement through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
