Somalia is ready to become a destination for economic investment, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud declared on Monday.
The President said this in his keynote address delivered when he officially opened an East African Community (EAC) Summit in Mogadishu.
In his speech, the President mentioned that Somalia is already on its way to be the destination of choice for investors in the region.
Somalia hosted the EAC summit for the first time since it joined the regional economic bloc late last year.
