Somalia has to prioritize the completion of the nation’s constitution.
Prof. Ali Mohamed Gedi said this in his address on Thursday.
Prof. Gedi, a former Prime Minister of Somalia, called on the government and all leaders to focus on completing the constitution.
His sentiments came on the day that both chambers of parliament approved resolutions for constitutional changes.
He commended legislators in the Lower House and Upper House for passing the resolutions.
