The Prime Minister of Somalia is expected to address Arab League ministers on the country’s ongoing row with Ethiopia.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre will address the Arab League ministers on Wednesday.
Ministers from the members states of the Arab League have scheduled to an urgent meeting with the Somali Prime Minister on the matter.
Somalia requested for the meeting with the ministers.
It expects them to address the fallout between the two nations following an agreement that Ethiopia signed with Somaliland on January 1, 2024.
For over two weeks, Somalia has repeatedly warned Ethiopia against proceeding with the deal.
