Somalia and Algeria have agreed to strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest and benefit to the two nations.
The two nations agreed on this following a meeting held in Algiers between their respective presidents.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia and President Abdelmajid Tebboune of Algeria met on Wednesday, November 3.
They met on the sidelines of the ongoing 31st Edition of the Arab League Summit.
Earlier in the day, the Somali President had addressed the gathering that has attracted heads of state and governments of all members of the Arab League.
