Somalia has reaffirmed its solidarity with the people and government of Turkey.
The East African nation issued a press release through its top diplomat on Friday reaffirming solidarity and support with Turkey.
The reaffirmation came on the day that the European nation was celebrating its Democracy and National Unity Day.
Turkey celebrates the Democracy and National Unity Day on July 15.
Jama A. Mohamed, Somalia’s Ambassador to Turkey, joined the Turkish people in honoring the martyrs who fought for the nation’s democracy and national unity.
