Somalia Receives Medical Supplies for Mogadishu Terror Attack Victims from Kenya

Somalia has received a donation of medical supplies from Kenya for victims of the recent terror attack in Mogadishu.

The supplies from Kenya arrived at the Aden Adde International Airport on Thursday, November 3.

Recently, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud asked Somalia’s international partners to come to its rescue following the deadly attack of October 29 in K-5 Junction, Mogadishu.

He sent out the appeal after Al-Shabaab terrorists attacked the headquarters of the Ministry of Education and killed over 100 people while injuring hundreds more.

Thus far, Djibouti and Turkey have responded to President Mohamud’s appeal. Kenya now becomes the third country to respond.
