Today, Yusuf Mohamed Adan, Minister of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, officially inaugurated a training program for sub-committees from government ministries and agencies on the implementation of the Civil Service Pay and Grading Policy in Mogadishu.
The training aims to ensure the effective execution of the policy, a key initiative designed to enhance transparency, fairness, and professionalism within Somalia’s public sector. This move marks a significant milestone in the country’s ongoing efforts to reform and strengthen its civil service.
By standardizing pay structures and improving accountability, the policy seeks to promote efficiency and equity across government institutions, laying the foundation for a more robust and merit-based public administration system in Somalia.
