Somalia will not rest until it has completed the debt relief process.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia assured David R. Malpass, the President of the World Bank, during their meeting in Washington DC.
The Somali President has been in Washington since Wednesday.
He met with Malpass on Friday, September 16 at the World Bank’s headquarters.
During their meeting, President Mohamud reassured Malpass of Somalia’s unending commitment to the completion of the debt relief process.
They also discussed the need for aligning development projects with national priorities.
