Somalia remains committed to addressing the impact of climate change in the country, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has said.
President Mohamud said this during his speech at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP27) on November 8.
COP27 is taking place in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
During his speech, President Mohamud assured the rest of the world of his government’s unwavering commitment to tackling the “dire impact” of climate change in Somalia.
