Somalia will not be contracting the management of its airspace to foreign private companies.
On January 5, the federal Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, rubbished claims that it intends to delegate this task to a private firm.
Duran Farah, the Minister of Aviation and Civil Aviation, labeled such reports as nothing more than “baseless fabrications.”
The minister said that the government would not disrespect the country’s integrity and sovereignty on this issue.
