Salah Jama, Somalia’s Minister of Constitutional Affairs, held a meeting with Galmudug State’s President Ahmed Abdi Kariye on Friday.
The two leaders, who met in President Kariye’s offices in Dhusamareb, discussed several issues.
However, the main agenda for the meeting was the country’s constitutional review process, which is beset with several challenges.
Several other leaders joined Jama and President Kariye in the meeting.
Among them were constitutional ministers from various Federal Member States (FMS) who needed updates on the constitutional review process.
All the leaders present at the meeting agreed to work together to make the constitutional review process easier and smoother for the sake of the country.
