A constitutional review meeting ended in Baidoa on Wednesday, November 9.
The meeting, which ran from November 8-9, attracted participants from the federal and regional states.
Mostly, participants were from the ministries of constitution at both levels of government.
Participants who gathered at Southwest’s administrative capital not only reviewed but also discussed ways of concluding the constitution-making process in the East African nation.
Somalia has sought to draft a new constitution for years without much success.
However, there is a new wave of optimism that the new administration is willing to midwife the process to the desired conclusion.
