Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs has a new Permanent Secretary.
The ministry welcomed the appointment of Hamza Adan Hadow as its new Permanent Secretary over the weekend.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre appointed Hadow to that office on Saturday, January 28.
