The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs issued certificates to 24 workers for completing labor inspection training successfully.
Sadik Warfa, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, attended the certificate-issuance ceremony on October 7.
While handing over the certificates, Warfa reminded the newly certified workers that they now have to respond to labor disputes more efficiently and professionally.
The group of 24 workers has been educated on resolving labor disputes forwarded by players in the private sector.
Furthermore, they are now capable of handling disputes brought by employees and employers to the labor ministry for arbitration.
