Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has inaugurated the third phase of the monthly training for its staff in Mogadishu.
Abdullahi Sultan, the Director General of the labour ministry, officially inaugurated the training for the personnel.
Sultan said that the training would seek to equip the ministry’s personnel with adequate soft skills to perform their tasks better.
“The training is designed to equip with skills needed at the workplace,” Director General Sultan said at the inauguration ceremony on Wednesday, December 16.
According to Director General Sultan, the plan is to train all the personnel at the ministry to enable them to think creatively and critically.
Sultan mentioned that the skills the workers acquire are designed to make them more flexible and motivated at work.
