The National Communications Authority (NCA) of Somalia has been awarded three ISO international certificates.
This achievement was celebrated at an event in Mogadishu attended by government officials, leaders in the telecommunications sector, and members of civil society.
During the event, the Minister of Communications and Technology, Mohamed Adam Moallim Ali, emphasized that this milestone is a testament to NCA’s dedicated efforts to enhance its operations and standards.
The ISO certifications signify the NCA’s commitment to maintaining high-quality services and regulatory practices in Somalia’s communications sector.
The certificates NCA Somalia received are ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System (ISMS), and ISO 27701:2019 – Privacy Information Management System (PIMS)
