The Supreme Court of Somalia has warned security agencies over their decision not to comply with court orders.
Baashe Yusuf Ahmed, the Chairperson of the Supreme Court, issued the warning on February 13.
In his warning, Ahmed said that security agencies and local authorities are notorious for disobeying orders and warrants issued by the court.
The Supreme Court Chairperson mentioned that agents and government representatives who disobey court orders would be penalized.
