Authorities in Somaliland have expressed concern about the rise in road accidents.
In the latest Council of Ministers meeting, the ministers expressed concern at the news that 114 accidents had taken place around the country in the last three weeks.
Nineteen people died in those accidents.
Reports presented during the Council of Ministers session, which President Muse Bihi Abdi chaired, show that 196 people were injured in the accidents.
