President Muse Bihi Abdi of Somaliland is to address both chambers of parliament on Monday, May 9.
The President would do so as part of his annual address to members of the federal parliament in Hargeisa.
Speaker Abdirizak Khalif Ahmed of the House of Representatives said this after officially opening the house’s third session on Sunday.
Thereafter, House of Representatives legislators reviewed the agenda for the third session.
Legislators have been urged to arrive at the parliament buildings at 9am on Monday.
