Somaliland denies reports that the Egal International Airport in Hargeisa expected to receive a cargo plane from Thailand.
Earlier on Thursday, there were widespread reports that Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) had turned back a plane registered in Thailand from using its airspace.
SCAA added that the plane was Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The Somaliland Civil Aviation and Airport Authority (SLCAAA) said that it was not expecting such a plane today.
Furthermore, SLCAAA added that all airports in Hargeisa and other parts of Somaliland received their flights as scheduled.
It added that meetings regarding Somaliland airspace are ongoing.
Details of the discussions at the meeting would be shared with the public at the right time, added the SLCAAA.
