Somalis with dual citizenship are free to travel to the country even without applying for visas.
Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) announced this on Wednesday.
The regulator clarified that visas would be issued to such individuals upon arrival in the country.
This requirement or exemption applies to Somalis who hold foreign passports and takes immediate effect.
SCAA notified all airlines of this earlier today.
